A few samples are available here. Additional online samples are available from the Portfolio tab at the top of the page. Access to some samples has to be restricted by agreement with the clients that own the copyright to those materials. Prospective clients who have any questions about the samples or who would like to see specific types of samples, please

Web-Based Online Help System - An online help system for an MS Excel add-in that provides database functionality to an Excel spreadsheet. This sample is a Web Help system created with RoboHelp. It contains advanced RoboHelp features, including expanding and drop-down text in DHTML.
Technical Product Overview - A technical overview that describes how various components that make up a software enterprise solutions suite work and interact. This document includes both marketing communications and technical communications elements. Company and product names are fictitious.

Newspaper Advertorial 1 - An informational article (advertorial) written for a real estate firm published in an advertising supplement in the Nashua Telegraph, a local newspaper.
Newspaper Advertorial 2 - A PR article (advertorial) written for a sporting goods store published in an advertising supplement in the Nashua Telegraph, a local newspaper.
Training Samples
Training Workbook - A portion of a training workbook prepared for a large corporate client of a consulting firm I was working for a the time for the roll out of their new custom Lotus Notes databases. Includes some training exercises and a training evaluation questionnaire. This sample may take a long time to load, depending on the speed of your Internet connection.
Training Exercises - This sample is an excerpt from a JD Edwards system training manual for end users.
White Paper - This sample was a collaborative effort with the client. The sample shown is the version of the white paper before it underwent the client's final edits since final pre-publication edits were made without my involvement.
