At times, I've had to turn SEO clients away for lack of bandwidth. As a search marketer, I know how hard it is to find skilled help for SEO tasks, especially to find help that knows enough about HTML or XHTML and is willing to learn on their own without taking up all of my time. That's where I come in - I'm a certified webmaster and know my way around all the HTML and other code I need to pull off the tasks you need to get the work done. • Keyword Research and Analysis - All SEO efforts must begin with keyword research. Find out which keywords you or your client should optimize for. Because keyword research is such a critical component of improving your website's traffic, you are far better off entrusting this task to an SEO specialist than doing it yourself, regardless of how narrow you think your market might be.
• Keyword Articles - SEO Copywriting - Well-written web content optimized for search AND written for your site's specific audience is still one of the most important factors for SEO, for getting traffic to your site or your clients' sites, and for encouraging visitors to return and possibly take the desired action you want them to take - such as registering with your site or purchasing your product.
• SEO Website Evaluation - Find out how your site is doing compared to your competitors and the steps you can't afford NOT to take in order to compete with them for search rank. You get the skinny on what needs to be done to your site to boost your rankings for just $99, along with a cost outline of how much it would cost to make the necessary changes or additions on your site. Along with the evaluation, I'll send you a proposal to take the initial steps needed to boost your site in the search rankings. If you hire me to make the necessary improvements to your site, the entire $99 is credited to your first invoice!
• META Tag Optimization - Correct mistakes or omissions that may have been made when the site was designed or content was added that could be hurting your client's chances for good search engine rankings.
• HTML Code Optimization - Optimize the HTML code within your pages by placing the proper text in just the right locations; by using text links in place of clickable image maps; by converting Flash pages to text; by using hyperlinked optimized keywords for website navigation; by applying the right tags to the right words and phrases; by using the right anchor text and linking structure for internal hyperlinks; and by optimizing the TITLE elements of all pages. Make the content of your web pages visible to the search engines and improve the user experience at the same time by hiring an SEO firm that also has an appreciation for usability!
• Cascading Style Sheet (CSS)Creation & Editing - Site owners and designers who use WYSIWYG HTML editors to create their pages are especially prone to adding excess, unnecessary code to their pages making it harder for search engine spiders to crawl the page and find the relevant text within all the unnecessary page code clutter.
• XML and HTML Site Map Creation and Optimization - Create an HTML site map in order to work in keywords into the anchor text and create an XML site map to make it easier for the spiders to locate and index pages.

Both free and paid directory links are holding less and less importance with the major search engines (although some of the more popular directories can still bring visitors).
• Article Syndication - Well-written, informative articles written for and published on article syndication sites can act as "link bait" and help improve your client's organic search rankings for targeted keywords. Rely on a specialist who can write compelling content, knows which are the best syndication sites to select for publishing this new content and knows how to use this effective online medium to its maximum advantage to bring traffic to your site.
• Link Building - The number and nature of the links pointing to your website are important in boosting your search rankings and traffic. I don't automate this process because I've never found any type of software that could safely handle the task without running the risk of getting penalized by the search engines. You get hands on attention so that each link is evaluated carefully.
• Search Engine Rankings Analysis - Rankings reports aren't always necessary. If you see traffic increases and your targeted keywords are being used to find you - which you can determine through Google's Webmaster Tools - why obsess over rankings, that tend to fluctuate wildly anyway? And, Google's Webmaster Guidelines caution against the use of automated ranking checker tools, such as Web Position Gold, as it is a violation of their Terms of Service. However, I know that some clients still demand monthly rankings reports and that's why I provide them, although I'd prefer to use a tool other than Web Position Gold to prepare them. I also have a Google API key (no longer being issued) that allows me to run rankings checks without getting penalized.
• SEO for ECommerce Sites - A lot of SEO services firms won't touch ecommerce sites. Why? They think they are too challenging. I love a challenge! I also enjoy helping to optimize ecommerce sites because you can see direct results in your sales revenue growth. Sweet!

Need ongoing work on your site? Not a problem. I'm a firm believer that there is no "One size fitsl all" package for SEO and online marketing campaigns. Instead of a cookie cutter approach, I'll work up a customized monthly package specifically for your site, your business and your budget! And, there's no long-term obligation. You can cancel the package program at any time before the start of the month. In the meantime you can make steady progress on building your site traffic and improving your search rankings all through the year!
